Today, I am thankful for the flexibility of being able to work from home for the most part...
I am able to work from home for my full-time job currently. Not sure how long it will last but I am able to work from home while also being able to enjoy lots of bonding time with my family along with the summer weather which is something I won't normally be able to do as much when working in an office building.
Don't get me wrong I don't get to work at home all the time because for my private practice I am at my personal office which is cozy and has a slight homey feel. And my part -time job allows for working at home or my personal office on a minimal basis because I am usually teaching for this so it's not something I can do at home.
However, because my current main job is allowing us to work from home, it makes me thankful for being able to lessen our exposure and it is giving me time to experience things in life that won't happen in an office for 40 hours a week...plus I am able to expand on other adventures and journeys I have been wanting to do..
So I am thankful for this unexpected availability to work from home and the freedom it is giving me to explore other avenues in life that won't normally be open to do so...
