Today, I am thankful for long naps..
This mama has been keeping late hours all last week and over the past two nights have been up and down with my daughter who has had a stomach virus....
So once things have calmed down enough during the day I was able to slip away ... I was planning to slip away and do some more work but my body had other plans... it was a long afternoon nap. I don't usually recommend more than 45 minute power naps on the norm as to not disrupt my sleep cycle but burning the candle at both ends required something a bit longer...
I am thankful for that nap and feeling refreshed...but now I am hoping it doesn't affect my sleep tonight..
