If you’ve ever spent an extended period of time with a cat or dog, you know how often they stretch - and you should do the same! Copy your kitty or pup and make a point to stretch throughout your day, especially when you first wake up.
Stretching helps boost circulation and digestion, and it also eases back pain.
Try a few downward dog stretches to start your day, or just move whatever feels good whenever it feels stiff!
